What we failed to address is the importance of remaining font-neutral. Using emotionally charged typeface can override your message. What’s the difference between being yelled in person or receiving a missive in bold?
Helvetica, Verdana and Times New Roman won’t rock the boat. They’re comfortable fonts, keeping the reader focused on content versus fury.
A message written in You Murderer font wields the knife. It’s angry:
The very same message sent in Janda Love And Rain waves the digital white flag. It’s flirty and playful:
The goal is to ensure your frustration is heard and acknowledged, so keep the volume down in person and in writing. Save the font embellishments for saying:
♥ I love you always ♥
It’s a fontastic way to express yourself!
